- The Customer Care Executive position interfaces with customers via outbound calls, inbound calls or through the Internet depending upon client requirements for the purpose of selling basic products and services related to Website Designing & Development | Mobile Application Development | Digital Marketing etc.
- This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing | receiving information, selling client products|service, as well as providing basic customer service support.
Essential Functions | Core Responsibilities:
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and appropriately provide the required services/package to the customer.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
- Maintain enhanced knowledge & selling skills of services related to Website Designing & Development | Mobile Application Development | Digital Marketing etc.
- Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- May offer additional products or services
