Job Description

  • To prospect new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating business from potential clients 
  • Create efficient & effective Business Development Model and Lead Conversion strategies 
  • Tracking Market development and suggesting ways for healthy competition 
  • Achieve the set Sales performance targets and present reports every month/quarter/year on performance 
  • Analyze client requirement specifications and obtain solutions by coordinating with Implementation team and Management. 
  • Outline commercial implications and do cost and margin analysis for all proposals.
  • Build and maintain excellent business relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Accurately forecasts revenue streams. Prepare budgets for the same.
  • Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
  • Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal. Should be able to walk the extra mile if required to ensure business growth, self- starter and an independent thinker.
