We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven and result oriented sales professional. An ideal candidate would be someone who has about 0 to 3 years of experience in selling training/ services/ solutions to HR community and is well connected to HR community.
The Role:

• To actively create new business and manage client relationships.
• To use his/ her business acumen and PAG’s proven solutions to address a wide range of people, performance and training concerns.

Activities:

• Pre Sales
• Sales
• Post Sales

Key Result Areas:

• Lead generation.
• Maintaining activity targets.
• Building and deepening client relationships.
• Building and maintaining database as per PAG’s standards.
• Achieving revenue goals while maximizing the available resources.

Pre-requisites/ Skills Required:

• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to be an individual contributor.
• Strong business acumen and target orientation.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• A graduate/ MBA with relevant experience in selling training solutions to HR, L&D and training community.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000 - 35,000.00 /month
