*Build good rapport and working relationships among potential clients.
• Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
• Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities.
• Planning and overseeing new market initiatives.
• Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and
e-mails.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
• Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
• Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions with the brokers.
• Handling team in the development of skills.
• Developing goals for the development of team and business growth and ensuring the goals are met.
LOCATION -: Gurgaon
CTC-: 3 LPA + incentives. ( negotiable )
