Job Description

           Job Description: 

Ø  Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business.

Ø  Short-term and Long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies

Ø  Target Setting and Achievement

Ø  Responsible for negotiation and customer relationship management.

Required Skills:

Ø  Minimum 3+ years of proven outside/ direct sales experience.

Ø  Good understanding of any HRMS tool.

Ø  Off Role Management, Hiring Consultancy and sales Of HRMS Software.

Ø  Cold calling & finding leads

Ø  Relationship Management

Ø  Excellent in verbal and written English

Ø  Strong relationship skills with strong business-related knowledge in the analytics industry

Ø  Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients.

Ø  To maintain & build a relationship with clients.

Ø   Willing to work in an odd hour shift as per the sales alignment respective of geography assigned.

Ø  Academic & Professional Qualifications: B.E. and/or MBA

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
