As a Business Development Executive at uBreathe, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by managing and expanding our corporate gifting, e-commerce and offline revenue channels. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Corporate Gifting:
a) Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their gifting needs and provide tailored solutions.
b) Manage the entire business development cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
c) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that attract corporate clients.
2) E-commerce Channel:
a) Oversee the daily operation of uBreathe E-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for the customers.
b) Identifying and on boarding on E-commerce channels. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage product listings.
c) Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
3) Partner Channel Management and Building:
a) Identify and develop new revenue channels to expand uBreathe market reach.
b) Maintain and optimize existing partners and channels to maximize revenue.
c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all partners and channels.
Qualification Needed:
a) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
b) Proven experience in building client relationships or customer acquisition is desirable.
c) Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
d) Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
e) Salary Budget: 6 lakhs per annum ( up to 3 lakhs fixed and 3 lakhs variable incentive)
f) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
