Job Summary
The key purpose of the role of the Business Development Executive is to lead the market penetration and customer conversions across B2C, B2B and Channel partner requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build an in-depth understanding of the Furniture Market in your city across categories and sign up the right set of Furniture Stores to partner
- Efficiently solve problems and make smart decisions to ensure sales from stores
- Manage and grow long term relationships with the Furniture & Home Decor Stores : identify opportunities and take initiatives to grow the business of your accounts
- Analyze data and ensure month on month growth of your Account (Furniture & Home Decor Stores) business by making decisions on aspects like pricing and coverage
- Own all aspects of your Accounts satisfaction and help solve issues, troubleshoot as required
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience
- Understands how the sales ecosystem functions / specialty in Store & Vendor Activations
- Should be presentable, articulate, data-oriented and is able to multi-task
- Relevant experience in B2B sales would be a plus
- Is strong at account management and relationship building
- Is strong-willed and persuasive
- Has strong communication skills - needs to be clear and concise
- Exhibits initiative and demonstrates the ability to function independently
- Very Aggressive and Convincing for sale.
