Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive  to join our team in the fuel delivery industry. As a Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our customer base and increase revenue. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to identify new business opportunities and ensure that we continue to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fuel delivery industry.
Conduct research on potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional business.
Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that we provide exceptional service.
Communicate regularly with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with our services and address any concerns or issues they may have.
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent our company and generate new business.
Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and use that knowledge to inform sales strategies.
Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance and adjust sales strategies as needed.
Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/ MBA in business, marketing, or a related field.
Fresher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
