Job Description:

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, Highly motivated, passionate hands-on Business Development Specialist and Executive to drive sales and awareness of Dnm Square Art across India. You will be involved in two key areas of our venture:

(1) our B2C business, where we sell our product directly to customers.

(2) our B2B business, where we sell our product in single/bulk.

You will be working 6days a week, Saturday being a week-off, taking up revenue responsibility. This hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales and direct sales.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead generation through various activities, like cold calling, direct marketing, email marketing, exhibition, and other promotional events.
Preparation of sales funnels and regularly updating and maintaining them.
To build and increase sales by contacting and building the relationship with the new and existing clients.
To do some market research and find out the new business segments, which are not fully explored and a lot of potentials.
Competitive analysis of the products or services, so that you can tackle the clients properly.
To work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create and implement new business strategies.

Eligibility:

Education: Any Graduation / Post Grad Degree / MBA

Experience: 1- 4 years of experience in B2C / B2B Sales for Retail, E-Commerce, Internet, Telephone, etc.
