Roles and Responsibilities
· Sales experience in voip industry is an advantage
· Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation.
· Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records
· Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits.
· Giving demos to clients
· Meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Cold Calling, and setting up appointments, meetings with the sales managers for lead Generation.
· Contact potential customers via visiting the companies or through reference from customer for the purpose of selling VoIP products and services
· Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
· Follow up with clients. Keep a track of potential customers and their requirements.
· Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
· Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the given guidelines.
· Sending proposals and follow up for any pending payments with clients.
· Meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
· Update CRM on timely basis
· Maintaining relationship with all clients and build rapport
