Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospects and customers in a professional & efficient manner to pitch for our products and solutions. Educate them about how our products and solutions add value to their organizations.
- Propose the products & solutions that suit the client’s requirement and send the financial proposal through email.
- Document sales activities. Receive and process orders on behalf of customers in an efficient and accurate manner, as well as to provide order status updates.
- To identify potential customers and generate opportunities to meet the sales goals in coordination with inside sales.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to the business.
- Follow up prospects on a daily basis with customers who have expressed an interest in our products. Report to Sales Manager and update the activities on a daily/weekly basis.
- Respond to customer emails in a professional manner.
- Comply with internal training policy and complete the online training & certification programs on a weekly basis.
- Attend all product-training sessions.
- Comply with all company procedures and policies.
- Proactively contribute to the ongoing development of departmental processes and policies.
Competencies and Experience:
- Previous experience of 1-4 years in sales/business development role, preferably in the system integration domain or IT environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude). Appreciation and an interest in providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to sell and cross-sell.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Sound computing skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Educational Qualifications:
- Any Graduation/Post Graduation
