job summary: The ideal candidate should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Identifying new sales leads
Pitching services or / Product
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media and online bidding portals like Freelancer.com and Upwork.com) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Writes bids, proposals, brochures, and various other business informational letters.
Training will be provided for Freshers
Key Skills:
Extremely strong written, verbal and communication skills (including proposal writing and presentation building).
Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with Sales, Technical, and Operational resources. Communication and negotiation skills Highly motivated, aggressive, pro-active and a self-starter to work. Leadership ability & client-focused.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Must be an extrovert, outgoing, and proactive approach.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Fresher B.Tech Graduate with Computer Science background only
