Job Description

Business Development Executive: Salary Range: (2.5 to 3 Lacs P.A + Performance based Incentives) 
  • A Business Development Executive is responsible to guide, counsel and provide information to prospective customers on offered programs & courses which helps in enhancing their functional skills and qualifications to accelerate their career. Candidate must be energetic, go getter, persuasive with good communication and convincing skills. 

Job Description:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling, Client referrals, web leads and email interactions. 
  • To generate and grow new leads, prospects and convert them to closures through follow-ups.

·       Diligent follow-ups with prospects supported by regular email communications.

·       Understanding client needs and offering right guidance, counselling and support.

·       Creating and maintaining a database of prospective clients/ customers.

·       Participate in one-on-one meetings and working with clients in closing sales.

Job Requirements:

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

·       Ability to call, connect, interact, guide with potential prospects and new leads.

·       Knowledge of cold calling, lead generation, Prospecting and sales closures.

·       Persuasive, energetic, self-motivated and goal oriented.

·       Ability to work independently or as an active member of the team

·       Min 2-3 years inside sales, direct sales, tele sales experience is required.

·       Experience in Education, Banking & Insurance, Telecom Post-paid sales, would be plus.

·       Must be Graduate or its equivalent and knowledge on computers is essential.

·       Candidates working in consultative environment would have an added advantage

Salary commensurate based on previous experience & last drawn package.
