Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop the business of the company by enrolling new members / new business from existing members.
Make Calls/ visits to potential customers to explain company services and encourage investment.
Answer customers’ queries and escalate issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer queries.
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Convert marketing leads into new customers.
Educate new customers/ potential customers about various chit groups available.
Provide support to prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable chit group options.
Guide the members properly while enrolling for new chits.
Coordinate with other branches if necessary for enrolling/ transferring customers at a new branch.
Ensure submission of proper documentation by members at the time of enrolments.
Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
Assist Manager in analyzing competitors' plans/ options to determine strategies for market success.
Work towards achieving the targets set by the Manager/ Management of the company.
