Job Description

Business Development Executive 

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and cold call prospective clients. 

Client acquisition and onboarding process.

Have a good understanding of Supply Chain Management, Businesses' products or services. 

Make Product appeal to the target market.

Develop promotional strategy and activities.

Desired Candidate:

  • An MBA graduate (preferably in Sales/ Marketing)- Fresher/ 1 year of experience in a Business Development/ B2B Sales role in startup/ Supply Chain Management.

  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets

  • An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates

  • Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as documentation and presentation skills

  • Negotiating skills

  • Initiative & Flexibility: Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns.

  • Creativity & Initiative: Demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward.
