Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
Client acquisition and onboarding process.
Have a good understanding of Supply Chain Management, Businesses' products or services.
Make Product appeal to the target market.
Develop promotional strategy and activities.
Desired Candidate:
An MBA graduate (preferably in Sales/ Marketing)- Fresher/ 1 year of experience in a Business Development/ B2B Sales role in startup/ Supply Chain Management.
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as documentation and presentation skills
Negotiating skills
Initiative & Flexibility: Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns.
