The BA(Business analyst) will provide strategic support to Initiate, drive, and manage multi-faceted strategic projects from CEO and Core Management team.
The position performs a key role is supporting the Management Team for creating presentations, reports for areas like market study ad analysis , new offerings from existing ideas, help to develop new ideas based on customer needs and bringing new products to market, creating and executing product collaterals and campaigns, training, and other defined objectives.
The BA will work with members of Executive Management, Finance, Product Management, R&D, BD and the Sales organization and serves as the support to CEO office in handing of overall business operations .
He must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy.

Key objectives and activities of the position:
Key Responsibilities include:

1. Initiate, drive, and manage multi-faceted strategic projects .
2. To help in Business support work as and when necessary with analysis, presentations, documentation and reports.
3. Provide strategic support and advice to Management in handling of critical business issues, and expansion plans for different business verticals.
4. Provide regular and ad hoc financial/business analysis as required.
5. Review of the businesses Reports, Sales and other reports periodically - analyze the key trends and share the critical observation with all relevant stakeholders, recommend control measures and/or assist in implementing the same
6. Organizing and attend the meetings/calls between the Management team and partners .
7. Ability to effectively represent their products, markets and strategies to customers, partners, analysts and media through Marketing communications as required, Website monitoring , social media, written and other communications.
8. Understanding of market dynamics, Pricing strategies and competitive landscape that affect product demand and direction.
