·         Research of new business opportunities, likely sales points and budgets

·         Developing sales strategies to achieve long term growth in selected accounts

·         Align Pearson capability with our customers’ critical business issues

·         Deploy company resources to develop customer relationships and meet revenue goals

·         Strong selling skills / negotiation and presentation skills

·         Field based & willingness to travel (up to 100%)

·         Demonstrable track record in leading a high-performance sales team

·         Extensive experience in leading complex deal sizes.

·         Prior global responsibility for multinational accounts

·         Executive level business acumen and financial/analytical skills

·         Proactive, strategic planning experience and approach

·         Knowledge of the local market and network

·         Develop account strategy, improve win-rate and accelerate opportunity closure on key accounts.

·         Provide Executive leadership on the end-end sales process and sales center sales initiatives.

·         Assure appropriate level of communication and engagement from all internal and external stakeholders.

·         Driving execution of the Science of Consultative Selling principles and other approaches.

·         Provide additional executive customer contact and positioning.

·         Develop account managers across the team.
