  • Duties:
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of Key accounts and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. 
  • In the change of maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building and account management.
  • Identifying and assessing E-commerce client's critical needs.
  • Managing High revenue generating E-commerce Clients
  • Attend meetings with E-commerce clients.
  • Single point of contact for priority customers and resolving their critical issues.
  • Respond to client's communications or queries.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with management and clients.
  • Keeping all business parameters up to date according to market trend and competitor's activities.
  • Able to manage time and projects effectively. 
  • Up-selling and Cross-selling in the existing client list.
  • Works together with colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales without compromising the quality of work.
