Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:

• BDE (Sales)-Field
• Field Job-300+

• Designation: Business Development Executive (Sales) (Field)
• New Customer acquisition and generating more business from Cold Calling, Lead generation, Face face meetings - explaining customers about consumer cards.
• Front-Line Sales, promotion and marketing of consumer cards with the sales team and responsible for driving business from acquiring new customers.
• Scheduling meeting/sales appointment with the premium customer, building relationships pitching them and given the best customer service experience.
• Proper execution of all Sales activities - Lead generation, campaigns, corporate tie-ups, Store / Mall channels, personal referrals.
• Analysis/understanding the prospect of the customers to pitch the accurate product which satisfies both customers and companies requirement.
• Mapping of the overall market the potential within the prescribed territory to determine organizations current market share and market opportunity for corporate card demonstrates a strong knowledge of external competitor activity and market trends to be able to effectively position our products through differentiated selling.
• Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issues impacting customers.
• Be self-motivated and maintain consistently high levels of energy and focus Act with integrity Show energy and resilience
• Basic Requirement and eligibility 
• Any Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate with basic sales experience from 0.6 to 3 yrs. 
• MBA /B.Tech/UG Or PG freshers with excellent comms skills can Also Apply.
• Decent communication skills - English / Hindi - Both vocal and written.
• Willing to work on off-roll position with an opportunity to grow on-roll on the basis of performance.
• Offered Salary:- 2.40 to 3.40 P/A + Huge Incentives

• Required Business Development Executives for B2B sales for One of the Premium credit cards Company for Delhi Gurgaon location. Graduates/ Postgraduate.
• Sales Experience with B2C/B2B, Direct Sales, Retail Sales / Counter Sales and Banking Sales will be an additional benefit.
• Age: Below 31 Yr
• Strong communications, customer service, and flair for sales.
• Note: Fresher Graduates and postgraduates with Very good comm. Skills can also apply.
• General Shifts (6 days)
