- Designation: Business Development
Executive (Sales) (Field)
- New Customer acquisition and
generating more business from Cold Calling, Lead generation, Face face meetings
- explaining customers about consumer cards.
- Front-Line Sales, promotion and
marketing of consumer cards with the sales team and responsible for driving
business from acquiring new customers.
- Scheduling meeting/sales
appointment with the premium customer, building relationships pitching them and
given the best customer service experience.
- Proper execution of all Sales
activities - Lead generation, campaigns, corporate tie-ups, Store / Mall
channels, personal referrals.
- Analysis/understanding the prospect of the customers to pitch the accurate product which satisfies both
customers and companies requirement.
- Mapping of the overall market the potential within the prescribed territory to determine organizations current market
share and market opportunity for corporate card demonstrates a strong knowledge
of external competitor activity and market trends to be able to effectively
position our products through differentiated selling.
- Network within the industry,
community, business, and customers to stay current on issues impacting
customers.
- Be self-motivated and maintain
consistently high levels of energy and focus Act with integrity Show energy and
resilience
- Basic Requirement and eligibility
- Any Under Graduate / Graduate / Post
Graduate with basic sales experience from 0.6 to 3 yrs.
- MBA /B.Tech/UG Or PG freshers with
excellent comms skills can Also Apply.
- Decent communication skills -
English / Hindi - Both vocal and written.
- Willing to work on off-roll position
with an opportunity to grow on-roll on the basis of performance.
