Requirements
Experience: None required! Attitude and intent are more important than experience.
Languages: Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, English
Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
Role Summary
● Generating sales leads for conversion basis targets
● Creating relevant sales & reporting documents
Responsibilities
● Identify & Qualify Business Opportunities:
○ Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities: developing customized targeted sales strategies
● Sales Strategy Development:
○ Develop a new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development is planned in advance.
○ Develop and implement customized, targeted sales strategies to maximize business growth
● Client Relationship Building:
○ Building business relationships with current and potential clients
○ Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
● RFQ Response Management:
○ Responsible for the management and handling of the RFQ response documents.
○ Ensure timely and accurate responses to RFQs in coordination with the team.
● Reporting and Analytics:
○ Generate specific reports as required to track & monitor the targets
○ Maintain database Agents commission calculation & payout to accounts and map related customer payments.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration:
○ Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Operations and Logistics team.
○ Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues
● Creation of BD related documentation:
○ Pitch Presentations, Offering Deck, Invoice Generation, TDS Certificate to customers and other critical documentation, within the business development lifecycle.
