Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations
Responsibilities and Duties
- Candidate should be responsible for generating business from online Bidding Portals like Freelancer.com, Upwork, PPH, Fiverr, etc.
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Candidate should know to write proposals for projects
- Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the sales life cycle
- Work in close collaboration with pre-sales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offering and services fully meet customers business and technology needs
- Complies with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensures security of information at all time
- Must have Excellent Written communication & Writing Skills.
- Candidate must have IT Background and should be familiar with the IT technologies.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- A go-getter attitude with at least 1 to 2 years of aggressive IT sales experience (Solution Selling, IT services, Outsourcing).
- Must have a proposal written and negotiation skills
- Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets.
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines and sales targets.
- Advanced IT knowledge is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Readiness to work in a team with minimal supervision
