Hiring for Business Development Executive (BDE) for HR Outsourcing Company.
Eligibility: Fresher / Experienced both can apply
Job Location: Jabalpur(On-site)
Salary- No Bar for Deserving Candidates.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients(Client Acquisition)
· Regular follow ups with all the Prospects for Business generation.
· Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
· Introduction of the Respective Stakeholders (Spoc) Person with the clients
· Downloading the requirement to the recruitment team for Hiring.
· Follow up with the Hiring Team for closing Open positions available with the clients.
· Maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
· Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
· Track and record activity on accounts and help to close billing and Payment from Client.
· Submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
· Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
· Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance
Requirement:
· MBA-Sales & Marketing,(Good to Have)
· Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
· Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
· Professional yet affable disposition.
· Neat, well-groomed appearance.
· Great networking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
· Emboldened by challenges.
