Job Description
Hiring Business Development Executive (BDE) for a Construction company Projects they handling: Residential Projects
Min 1 Year experience required
Location: Kochi and Thrissur
Salary : 15k to 20 k +incentives and other allowances

Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
