Job Description

Job title : Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive 

Job Location : Kolkata 



Report to MD

Job purpose : 

- To generate Leads for Client Acquisition for B2B product ( Online Assessments Tool ) through Market Research, Emailing & Cold Calling from an existing Client Database as well create new 
database of prospective Clients. 

Duties and responsibilities : 

-Enabling Client Acquisition through Lead Generation 
-Emailing Clients from an existing Database and also creating new database through Market research 
-Cold calling to clients to promote Company Product / service 
-Mapping Organizations to identify Key decision makers 
-Setting up Meetings for Closures of Leads generated in some cases should be able to close the Leads generated and acquire Clients 
-Daily Reporting 

Must Have Skills : 

-Must be an Extremely High Energy individual with Very good Communication skills 
-Should have experience in selling Online Tools / Web services / Web Solutions / Software / Events / Gifts / Concepts to Corporates 
-Experience in New Client acquisition 
-Self-Motivated 
-Should be willing to Travel, as reqd 
Having knowledge in Digital Marketing
Qualifications : 

-Graduate, MBA preferred with specialization in Sales & Marketing 
-1-3 years of Relevant experience in sales ( as mentioned in Must Have Skills )
