Due to continuous growth, we are looking to expand our Business Development team and hire a driven Business Development Executive.
In this position, the selected candidate shall be responsible for the acquisition of new international clients.
Operating on the front-line, s/he shall also be expected to carry responsibilities for the entire sales process – from lead generation to customer acquisition, management and retention.
The selected candidate is expected to possess strong sales and marketing acumen.
Along with the rest of the business development team, manage the company's daily sales process and activities to acquire new clients, including customers' retention and growth;
Communication with Prospects and Market research
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Qualify leads from outbound campaigns as sales opportunities
Analyzing the results of the campaigns
Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales executives
Prioritize and deliver a superior customer experience to strategic customers in the region.
Continuously work with the client to identify needs and propose solutions making an impact on the D7's product roadmap.
Assist in setting department budgets and targets;
Assist in managing the commercial aspects of D7's products, such as product positioning and pricing, and competitor analysis;
Work closely with the customer services team to ensure that customers are handling in an appropriate and timely manner;
Work closely with the in-house marketing team to identify requirements for any sales and marketing activities to pertinent customers, including but not limited to any sales and marketing collateral and campaigns;
Attend fairs, conferences, and exhibitions, or travel on work as required from time to time.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong sales and marketing acumen, preferably with one years' experience in international sales;
Target and objective-driven, ideally with a proven sales record;
Strong work ethics and time management skills;
Be self-driven and able to assume responsibility to identify and resolve issues promptly;
Highly computer literate with a good command of the English language – any other language will be considered as an asset;
The well-mannered, confident and helpful character required for the management of clients;
1+ years of B2B sales experience in the Internet or telecommunications sector is a plus
