  • Listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
  • Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries
  • Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Gather market and customer information
  • Advice on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
  • Create detailed proposal documents
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Technical proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, sales tracking, and customer relationship management software.
  • Ability to think and plan strategically, plan, manage and act to achieve outcomes.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and meet targets.
  • Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Set annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales and activity goals
  • Participate in and direct sales efforts; participate in regular sales staff meetings with fixed agenda
  • Work with and coordinate efforts with Business and Marketing team on all appropriate aspects of the job description
  • Action plans and campaigns, including customer contact methods and expectations.
  • Brainstorm proposals for projects to be created.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within assigned territory
  • Reporting of daily calls status, weekly sales status, weekly targets, weekly sales report, monthly target, monthly sales report, daily mail marketing, daily work reporting
  • Create presentations and software demos for prospective customers.
