Motion Edu Private Limited, a leading educational institution, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Kaptanganj, Kushinagar. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving admissions and sales through telecalling and personal meetings with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telecalling campaigns to generate leads and inquiries from prospective students and their parents.
• Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide information about our educational programs and offerings.
• Schedule and conduct personal meetings with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational needs and promote our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or queries they may have and guiding them through the admissions process.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment of students into our programs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into admissions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' offerings to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

• Graduation completed or appearing in the final year of study.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
