Result statement:-
Business Development executive is responsible for the maximization of sales for the company’s products and help in increasing the turnover of the company. Also responsible to provide data regarding changes required in the product to meet customer standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Ø Prepare and submit sales contracts
Ø Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales
Ø Maintain customer records, using automated systems
Ø Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms
Ø Quote prices, credit terms, or other bids specifications
Ø Prepare and update Company Marketing Profile
Ø Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
Ø Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs
Ø Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on the technical knowledge of the product capabilities and limitations
Ø Select or assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations
Ø Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or applications
Ø Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork on weekly basis
Ø Verify that delivery schedules meet project deadlines
Ø Identify prospective customers using business directories leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance
Ø Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
Ø Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information
Ø Provide customers with ongoing technical support
Ø Study documentation or other information for new scientific or technical products
Ø Stock or distribute resources, such as samples or promotional or educational materials
Ø Attend sales or trade meetings or read related publications to obtain information about the market conditions, business trends, environmental regulations, or industry developments.
Ø Provide feedback to product design teams so that products can be tailored to clients' needs
Ø Initiate sales campaigns to meet sales and production expectations
Ø Obtain building blueprints or specifications for use by engineering departments in a bid preparations

Knowledge:
Ø Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Ø Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Ø English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and the spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Ø Computers and Electronics — Can able to operate computer applications and social media applications for marketing purpose.
Ø Engineering – Familiar with engineering Drawings
Qualification and Experience:
Ø MBA in Sales and Marketing. OR
Ø B.E/Diploma (Any Stream) OR
Ø Experience – 1 to 2 yrs. (Preferably from Automobile Industries)
Other Criteria:
Ø Candidates from A central line from Thane and Karjat will be preferred.
Ø Candidates will be required to be on the field.
