Job Responsibilities:

  • To identify potential clients and implementing innovative business strategies to generate maximum revenues by improving business process.
  • Ensuring higher conversion by being single point of interface with all customers
  • Providing counselling to Participants and help them choosing the appropriate learning path
  • Mapping the market for potential business
  • Generating leads through social media, databases, internal connects, etc
  • Acquisition of new accounts & client management.
  • Identifying new Business opportunities with new Prospective Clients
  • Developing a customer profile and determine the trends in industry to achieve the team objectives.
  • Preparation of quotations & Business Proposals for acquiring new prospective Clients & working for the existing clients.
  • Meet targets on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience & ensure weekly closure by continuous follow-up
  • Build healthy rapport with the customers to ensure the best service

Required Skill-sets:-

  • Very fluent verbal & written communication.
  • Powerful convincing skills
  • Good with MS office. Can keep a track of all prospects.
  • High energy levels and a positive go - getter attitude.
  • Work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Pleasing personality. Show maturity in dealing with varied sections of prospective admission seekers.
  • Open to feedback.
  • Understands the importance of working as a team.
  • Business Development/Sales experience would be preferred
  • 1 to 2 years experience in Education industry
