As a business development executive, you will build and maintain professional relationships with key referral sources. In this role, you will generate patient referrals by helping physicians and referral sources understand the benefit of quality patient care at home.
You will serve as a 'patient advocate,' following the patients referred and working with the doctors through a team-based approach along with the referring doctors to ensure quality outcomes. As a business development executive, you will develop strategic plans to successfully manage and grow accounts.
· Forecast needs, set priorities and execute business strategy
· Set and achieve goals for sales revenues.
· Meet with and present the benefits of patient care at home to doctors and other referral sources in the medical community.
· Promote Company’s programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners
· Grow market share by obtaining referrals and increased participation.
· Establishes a public relations program for interpretation of the Company's services and to foster good working relations with doctors and community agencies.
Skill Requirements· Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills required.
· Must have strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
· Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
· Ability to work well under pressure and in a deadline driven environment

Qualifications
Any Graduate with Minimum 1 years’ experience in business development .
