Responsibilities and Duties

• Creating & managing a robust distribution network between retail stores, distributors and the company.
  
• Ensuring that the sales channels functions smoothly and the product reaches the end consumer through the retailer at all times.
  
•  Nurturing high-level relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  
•  Ability to think from the customer perspective and devising marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  
•  Using on-field expertise and insights to integrate and position the product in key areas as well as inside stores.
  
•  Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research.
  
• Developing and presenting effective proposals to all stakeholders as well as negotiating sales contracts and marketing strategies with them.
  
• Signing off on ranging concepts, new product opportunities, promotions and point of purchase solutions.
  
• Preparing forecasts and sales reports.
  
• Co-ordinating with the corporate team and providing on ground feedback on a regular basis.
