Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. The Business Development Manager will focus on customer acquisition. Lead generation and prospect management are the main concern as the business development executive will garner and meet with potential clients. Researches client business referrals, network, and web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with the client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel. Competitive salary for the suitable candidate plus commission. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and their needs effectively.

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

  • Assist in Business Development, like Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities developing advertising campaigns on social media, strategies to improve the web presence of Albert-Learning.

  • Willing to take on other responsibilities whenever the need arises.

  • Reporting to the Founder on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Graduate with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs.

  • An ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 

  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

  • Must have good negotiation skills

  • Need to be versatile

  • A can-do attitude and natural aptitude for sales
