Job Description:
• Arranging Events & Seminars
• Co-ordination with Seniors
• Visiting Educational Institutes like schools, colleges
• Planning monthly/yearly Business.
• Meeting Business targets through effective counseling and selling skill
• Interacting with the walk-ins with the aim to convert them into enrollment.
• Managing Enquiries and making effective follow ups with prospective customers via phone or e-mail.
• Formulating strategies to launch new schemes/products or to re-/market products for maximizing profits/revenues
• Strategic Counseling of products to draw targeted audience
• Giving feedback about the enquiries to the Centre Manager & territory heads.
• Updating daily, weekly & monthly sales report Submitting to regional office.
• Doing weekly reviews of all the admission done.
• Generating new sales through mining old enquiries & references.
• Participating in the marketing activities
• Maintaining good relationships with enrolled students and parents
• Responsible to manage admission process
• Giving support to compliance with policies like institutional policies, procedures and regulations.
• Conducting periodic Customer-satisfaction surveys to know the customers satisfaction
• Conducting several seminars in schools/colleges to generate fresh sources of revenue, create database.
• Handling students Grievances.
