Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company customer base and market share in the laminate industry.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and execute business development strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, designers, and other industry professionals.
Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipelines and driving continuous business growth.
Marketing of Dorby Products to Architects and interior designers promote specification of the products and influence the Interior Designers and contractors, Builders for the conversion.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of 4+ years in sales/marketing within the building materials sector.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Previous experience working with architects and builders is highly desirable.
Immediate availability preferred, with a 15-day notice period.
Mobility: Own 2-wheeler essential.

Note - The remuneration will be as per with the industry standards and will be in line with the experience and skill sets of the candidate. Incentives, 2-Wheeler Allowance and Mobile Data Allowance, etc. would be provided.
