Key Responsibilities

• This position is to generate the sales from pitching our venue to the Corporates, Organisations, and Firms at a given location.
• Willing to travel to Clients locations in nearby areas.
• To pitch our venue for Seminars, Meetings, Corporate gatherings, Corporate Parties, and other Corporate activities.
• Ability to understand Client's commercial needs and execute sales accordingly.
• Visit clients and understand their requirements for the venue.
• To Prepare monthly sales plan and to analyze monthly actual sales target v/s achieved sales targets
• To execute all the enquiries with respect to different given locations in Mumbai
• To maintain a good relationship with the clients to balance the regular orders & new developments
• To generate leads through cold calling, regular visits, and follow up
• To act as Back end Sales, Pre Sales, Proposal Making, Sales Support, Sales Management
• Need to work on MS office ( Specifically MS - Excel & MS powerpoint )
• Salary will be on an incentive basis.
