Roles and Responsibilities 

• Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients
• Promoting products/services and generating leads for the sales team
• Conducting market research and providing feedback to the sales and marketing team
• Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues
• Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Participating in training sessions and ongoing professional development
• Collaborating with other team members to meet company goals

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, English
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Proficient in using computer systems and databases
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
