Roles and Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients
- Promoting products/services and generating leads for the sales team
- Conducting market research and providing feedback to the sales and marketing team
- Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues
- Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Participating in training sessions and ongoing professional development
- Collaborating with other team members to meet company goals
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, English
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Proficient in using computer systems and databases
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
