Hiring experienced business development executive to help us to build up our business activities.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction.

·         Arrange business meetings with prospective clients & Build long-term relationships with new & existing customers.

·         Conduct research to identify new markets & customer needs.

·         To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.

·         To monitor actively the work of marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.

·         To setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

·         To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.

·         To negotiate and close the deals along with handling complaints or objections.

·         To collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

·         To oversee sales executives schedule and plan them accordingly.

·         To actively help the distributor and the sales team to implement effective business mechanism.

·         To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.

Requirements :

·         Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

·         Excellent Organizational skill

·         Experience required at least 2-5 years in sales, marketing & related  field.
