Key responsibilities areas
Identifying and generating prospects for business development. Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with accounts. Identifying areas for improvement by taking feedback for the end-user. Acting as a bridge between the product team and the end-user.
The position has a defined KRA and a quantifiable KPI. KPI would be informed upon the shortlisting of the candidate. The variable of the compensation would be defined on the KPIs.
