Key Responsibilities:  Analyze sales funnels and customer intent. To create and run advertising campaigns  Plan, organize and execute different training workshops  Tie up annual business with companies.  Understanding clients' needs and qualifying opportunities in line with business focus.  Generate new business opportunities for new client acquisition  Assess future and current training needs through to HR people of organizations based on new launches, industry trends and needs

Develop marketing goals for your allocated country and team  Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.  Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines  Collect Qualify leads from different marketing campaigns as sales opportunities  Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services  Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients  Arranging promotional events for company national and international both.

Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns  Prepare proposals for consulting and training.  Database management on CRM tool.  

Designing the Promotional Communications.  Marketing activities through social media network Knowledge
