Job Description

• Global Hotelier is looking for Business Development Executives and Business development Managers
• The ideal applicant should have extensive experience in business development with international customers, preferably within the Travel/ IT industry and is able to aggressively generating new relationships and further cultivating existing partnerships to ensure business growth. 
• Sales outreach will be a key activity. 
• Position requires excellent communication skills.  Candidate should also be willing to travel domestic and international sector based on companies requirements.
• Salary Budget - 3,00,000 to 5,00,000
• Fixed Compensation + Variable Pay (Incentives) + Travel opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales or business development experience in IT/ Software/ Travel Industry.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply for BDE positions.
• Familiarity working with the travel industry highly desired
• Ability to conduct online presentations to customers.
• Passion for introducing new and unique trends in the travel and IT/ Software Industry.
• Ambitious, hard-working and with a flair for sales.
• Problem-solving attitude
• A team player with leadership skills
• Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage.

• Execute an integrated strategy to significantly grow sales.
• Develop professional and trusted relationships with existing and new clients.
• Assists with the development and implementation of new partnerships
• Manage aggressive sales goals and track key monthly metric
• Provides information to marketing to understand the users and needs of the prospects and customers to help in the creation of effective campaigns.
