Leverage edu jobs - Business Development Executive

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students.
• Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect contact and subsequent prospecting.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls.
• Create lead engagement plans and strategies to onboard new students.
• Promote the company's products/ services by addressing or predicting students' objectives.
• Efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low Turn-around time (TAT), and increased connectivity with multiple attempts.
• Update and create tailored student proposals and negotiate further to ensure closure.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in business management with 0-2 years of relevant work experience in business development or similar background.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Candidates should have a keen interest in education and innovation along with acumen for sales.
• Excellent communication skills and being capable of product selling and understanding business.
• Be dynamic, determined, persistent, and willing to be a part of this education revolution.
• Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Prior experience in selling Test-Prep services and CRM software will be an added advantage.
