Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive - Pune (Freshers Welcome!)
Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune and lead the launch of Brunchbites in Pune. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales activities, managing delivery operations, and ensuring our successful establishment in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with corporate SPOcs to ensure onboarding then on their digitalisation journey of fresh, hygienic, homely and healthy food options
- Launching Brunchbites in Pune and ensuring its successful establishment in the market.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the food industry.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales activities, managing delivery operations, and ensuring our successful establishment in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with corporate SPOcs to ensure onboarding then on their digitalisation journey of fresh, hygienic, homely and healthy food options
- Launching Brunchbites in Pune and ensuring its successful establishment in the market.
- Heading and managing all Pune operations, including food tasting, menu design, and quality control.
- Supervising the delivery process to schools, corporates, and events in Pune.
- Leading and managing the delivery team.
- Implementing effective sales and promotional strategies to drive online subscriptions and event orders in Pune.
- B2B Corporate Sales- Online Consumer Sales- Business Development
Who can Apply:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply. However, candidates with a corporate sales background, preferably from Hospitality or BBA, are also welcomed.

- Work Experience: 1-2 years in Sales
- Skills: Excellent Communication, F&B Skills, Business Development
- if you want to work on an On-site Job - Two-wheeler and License are mandatory

- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Result oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
- A passion for the food industry and a desire to make a significant impact in the market.
Salary Package: Rs. 25,000 per month
