  • We are seeking an all-star Business Development Executive.
  • He/She will be responsible for Client acquisition and on boarding ,enhancing the customer relationship and engagement. 
  • This role collaborates closely with tech and marketing groups to maximize pipeline creation.
  • The BDE will define and align Sales goals, strategy, and tactics to ensure smooth Onboarding and customer retention.
  • The candidate must be a go getter with excellent problem solving and analytical skills with good understanding of competition analysis, one willing to take the ownership of tasks.

What You’ll Do:
  • Customer acquisition: Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities and coordinating business generation activities.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Customer Onboarding: Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Fresh Sales,Zoho,CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Cold calling; making multiple inbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
  • Competitor analysis.
  • Perform market analysis and competitor due diligence

  • B.E/B.TECH 
  • MBA/PGDM(Preferable)
