Job Description:

• Responsible for handling Retail sales.
• Establish strong Vendor relations and dealer relations
• Responsible for the proper allocation of stock.
• Responsible for dealer interaction through on-site meetings.
• Regular follow up for payments & deliveries
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Handling Key retailers & Chain outlets in Pune.
• Proper reporting of the sales.
• Managing Day to Day working of the Pune office & liaising with Mumbai office & customers

• Should have completed MBA/PG specialization in marketing/ MBA fresher are welcomed.
• Should possess good analytical skills.
• Should have strong presentation skills and sales display skills.
• Should have Pune market knowledge of a minimum of 2 years (White goods/ FMCG/ Mobile)
• Should possess good communication and negotiation skills
• Should have the ability to build rapport
• Should have time management and planning skills
• Should have well developed interpersonal skills.
• Should be willing to travel to other cities in the region.
• Needs to have his own motorcycle which will be used during the job
