Job description
We are looking for Business Development Executive responsible for promoting, pitching and
business development for Staffing and Recruitment Solution offering for different
NON-IT domains like SMEs / manufacturing, Real estate, Automobile, logistics,
pharma, healthcare, hospitality, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· You will be working as the BDE of the location to manage & acquire new staffing business.
· You will be responsible for the profit & need to manage the expenses according to the budget.
· You will be responsible for full end-to-end client sales and account management from sourcing to on boarding the clients after successful staffing agreements.
· You will have to manage the whole IT staffing business starting from the client acquisition to payment collection.
· Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as cold calling, face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking, online marketing etc.
· Responsible for making the sufficient pipelines of new client engagements & their requirements in assigned territory
· Responsible for permanent / contract staffing business from sourcing, meetings, terms negotiations & empanelment of vendorships, tie ups with Fortune 500 companies along with its related documentation & agreements as well.
· Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly & annually revenue targets. Also responsible for submissions of daily, weekly monthly sales reports to senior management.
