BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Location: Delhi, Delhi, India ,Nagpur, Maharashtra, India ,Pune, Maharashtra, India
Qualification:
- B.Com/BMS or equivalent from a reputed college. 1+ years of experience in B2B sales and BTL marketing.
- Connections with a range of schools or previous experience in Institutional sales is a plus.

HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
In First Week.
- Understand Toppr’s journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
- Spend time with the Central Marketing team to get up-to-speed on Toppr’s product, marketing, and sales strategies.
By Day 30…
- Help in generating qualified leads. Maintain Toppr’s brand identity through a sustainable community of students, parents, teachers, and schools.
- Be a part of daily calls with current leaders. Hold individual pipeline review meetings and weekly team meetings.
By Day 90…
- Own the city level growth, promotions, and marketing across channels.

- To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have the following skills:
- Communication: Excellent communicator and relationship builder. Worked collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Responsibility: Taken ownership of top-line and profit targets for your team while being in a revenue-driven role.
