Responsible for admissions and training coordination.
Counseling & providing information about the course to Companies/candidates.
Increasing the admissions by telecalls/ In-person meetings.
Able to generate walk-ins from database calling, monitoring and ensuring timely implementation of all academic related activities..
Brainstorming, a new strategy to generate lead from various sources.
Ensuring timely completion of training and coordinating with faculty members.
Support Management by maintaining up-to-date records with regards to Enquiries, Admissions, Batches, etc.
Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
What we are looking for--
1. Excellent understanding of BDE, good communication skills ,counseling, cold calling ,lead generation, marketing strategy, convincing ability, teamwork
2. Call to potential customer & give our company introduction.
3. Finalise meeting with customer & give company Presentation at customer site.7. Perform activity to generate Enquiry & business leads.
8. Basic proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel is preferable
9. Knowledge of digital marketing is preferred
10. Knowledge of lead generation is preferred.
11. Candidates staying near talegaon Dabhade, wakad, chinchwad, Bhosari, Pimpri
12. Freshers with good communication skills are preferred.
12. Ready to make 60-80 calls per day.
13. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
