We are looking for the expansion of our business in nearby cities as well as nearby states. For that we require Business Development Executive

Job Responsibility

• Contribute to formulating and achieving overall business plan of assigned territory
• Guiding managers to ensure compliance to business targets
• Influencer engagement (Consultant, Architects & Structural engineers)
• Widening reach through Solution Partner/Channel development in the territory
• Implementing marketing initiatives basis guidance from marketing
• Activation of regional campaigns and keeping track of major events

• Tracking competition & market movements
• Customer insight generation
• Competitors landscaping

• Compliance to sales (lead generation & conversion) targets
• Develop, manage & grow key accounts
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
•  Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
• Negotiation and pricing for services with various stakeholders

• Daily cold calls, customer visits, and maintain their logs in CRM
• Timely payment collection & account reconciliation with all customers,

• After sales service management though defined process with consultants.
• Handling customer complaints from start to resolution.
• Implementation of policy management items as per policy cascade to this position
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Skills
Educational qualifications
Degree or diploma in equivalent or MBA, any Graduation

·         Currently working in Marketing & Sales / Business Development (If it from same field will be preferred)

·         4-8 Years of experience (If it from same field will be preferred)

·         Product and market segment knowledge, commercial acumen, knowledge of sales processes, Analytical Skill

·         Good communication skills, Interpersonal effectiveness, drive for result, networking skills, customer orientation.

·         Extensive sales experience

·         Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

·         Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

·         Professional yet affable disposition.

·         Neat, well-groomed appearance.

·         Great networking skills.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication.

·         Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

·         Emboldened by challenges.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹ 420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per Annum
