Job Profile

A business development executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads to the growth of the business. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional interpersonal skills. The executive is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of an organisation products/services.

Our growing company is in need of a resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.

Preferably a male youngster who has a burning desire in achieving something good, would be willing to travel and should have a capability to convince clients.

Job roles and responsibilities

• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Make cold calls for new business leads
• Support in writing new business proposals
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
• Provide after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
• Willing to TRAVEL across Andhra Pradesh to reach out to our prospective customers

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must have good negotiation skills
• Must be able to create good presentations
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
• Ability to work under pressure

Compensation Details:

• Basic Salary: Rs. 15,000/month
• Petrol Allowance: Rs. 3,000/month
• Incentive: 3% 
• Salary Date: 10th of every month
• Target: Rs. 2,00,000 for every month

Note: The above salary details are devised for a fresher candidate. Both salary and target could be revised for an experienced candidate.

PS: Target must be achieved in order not to face any disturbances in the disbursement of salary.

Cost of our products would range between Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 12,000 per unit. 

As we can see a huge demand in Andhra Pradesh and also abide by the government rules it's mandatory to use a fire extinguisher-based product for safety concerns. Hence, it's not very much difficult to achieve the target.
