We are seeking a Business Development Executive as a part of the Direct Sales (DS) team within the DigiXHub organization. DigiXHub offers services for blockchain and crypto currencies across all industries. Direct Sales (DS) team is focused on launching and growing strategic customers looking for blockchain and cryptocurrency solutions. The DS team provides key business inputs for helping the customers to understand and integrated blockchain services for their existing business.

Business Development Executive with the DS team will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment, help to identify customers of medium to large complexity that interested in blockchain and cryptocurrency services with DigiXHub. (S)He will not only help clients understand blockchain and cryptocurrency benefits for customers but work with them on discovering the potential of blockchain for their launch and post-launch to deliver on superior customer experience and help them build their presence.

(S)He will be responsible for negotiating with multifunctional stakeholders within an organization, device a launch plan, resolve execution blockers, brings them onboard and execute a joint business plan to ensure success post-launch. SS would also have the opportunity to share recommendations on process improvements for various internal cross-functional teams.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Specific Responsibilities

· Understand DigiXHub blockchain and cryptocurrency services products and services: Articulate key benefits to external audiences

· Champion the Seller Relationship for DigiXHub: Build a strong communication channel at all levels of customer’s organization, set clear expectations, provides frequent status updates and work towards a growth plan.

· Review Clients and Discover Potential Business: Provide guidance on actions needed through analysis, joint reviews, adoption of tools and scalable processes. Conduct an analysis of current business and future opportunities and provide routine executive-level reporting. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.

· Identify Large Clients: Engage with Business across all industry for our blockchain and cryptocurrency services products and services, bring their blockers forward to cross-functional teams and align solutions, co-create joint propositions and bring them onboard.
